| Red on red. The Norfolk Southern Corp OAR Train recently spent several days at the New Orleans Public Belt to teach HazMat safety to area railroaders and emergency responders. On the morning of Thursday, October 3, 2019, NOPB 3003 (GP40-2) sits outside the roundhouse at Tchoupitoulas Street next to NS 5642 (GP38-2). |
