Remarks & Notes
Brooklyn Eastern District Terminal gained some railfan notoriety in the early 1960’s, operating a fleet of 0-6-0 tank engines into 1963. In that year, the switching road in the Williamsburg district of Brooklyn dieselized with a handful of secondhand Alco S1’s. Here former Mopac (NO&LC) 9015 appears have run its last at the BEDT Kent Street Terminal.
