K153 leads a suburban steam shuttle for the Hurstbridge Wattle Festival, passing through bushland between Eltham and Diamond Creek. This part of the line opened in 1912, and was built very cheaply. It is single track, and features a number of 40km/h curves like this one. K190 can be seen trailing the train just to the left of 153's chimney.
