3326 leads loaded coal hoppers around a tight curve at the mouth of Yellow Creek in the small community of Vico. Also in the curve, the roadway travels right beside the tracks which means motorist have to take the curve slowly when a train is present. That partly explains the reason for this Congested Area sign.
