On the morning of September 7th, 2019, Champion SD40-2 #715 and GP40-2 #431 lead empty rock train FEC 193 through Pompano Beach, Florida on a hot and humid Florida morning. The appearance of train 193 in south Florida was a real treat as it is one of the few road trains that still run with EMD power and, on normal days, it passes through this area at around 2-3 AM.
