Remarks & Notes
BN 6542, an SD45 leads a pair of Colorado & Southern SD40-2s and a BN U33C on a westbound freight headed for Stevens Pass and Seattle's Balmer Yard at Interbay. The train crosses the Wenatchee River about 15 miles west of Wenatchee and soon will be approaching the Cascade Tunnel and the wet climate of the Puget Sound Region.
