| On it's inaugural revenue run since being repainted by the fine folks at the Huntington Locomotive shops, CSX 3194, the "Honoring Law Enforcement" unit leads Russell to Waycross time freight Q693-25 onto the Big Sandy Subdivision at Catlettsburg, KY, passing one of the last operational Crown Victoria patrol cars in the fleet of the Boyd County Sheriff's Department. |
