| On the morning of July 31st, 2019; the Buffalo Southern Railroad assembles the James Strates carnival train in Tifft Street yard. The train is powered by former CP MLW Alco M424 number 4212 and also former CP MLW Alco RS18u number 1847. The train begins here in Buffalo's Tifft street yard, continues down the BSOR's right of way until Hamburg NY, where the trucks and rides will be unloaded and set up for the Erie County Fair.
