Remarks & Notes |
Like a Barrel Tapped at Both Ends: New Jersey is famously likened to a barrel being tapped at both ends given its place between New York and Philadelphia. In New Jersey's capital on July 24, 2019, Keystone Service Train 641 was also similarly tapped as both ends were bookended by ACS-64s. This was because a cab signal failure in the cab car on the rear necessitated the addition of a second ACS-64. At Philadelphia, the consist would reverse and ACS-64 #661 would lead the consist from Philadelphia to Harrisburg. Note the black and yellow stripe of the cab car behind the locomotive in the foreground. |
