Remarks & Notes
Vermont Rail System's Green Mountain Railroad train 264-24 is seen heading westbound toward the former Rutland RR Ludlow, Vermont, depot and the trainorder boards that once helped govern movement over the mountainous terrain from Rutland to Bellows Falls, Vermont. VTR GP38-2s 207 and 201 are leading SD70M-2 432 with 49 cars trailing as they arrive to pick up nine empty gons that had been loaded with landscaping stone.

A far cry from the common wedgie ... and particularly well executed.
