On this day, in Frauenfeld were the first two brand new articulated lowfloor trains of the "AK" (automatic coupler) series baptised, to "Kanton Thurgau" and "Frauenfeld". Now the two trains RABe 526 # 701 and # 702, together with locomotive Re 416 # 628, are on the way back home between Hüttlingen-Mettendorf and Müllheim-Wigoltingen. The "RABe AK" trains of the Thurbo have the colorful "Thurbogon" tags on the roof edge and the slightly fuzzy "THURBO" logo, the Re 416 # 628 in the rear has the lettering "mittelthurgaubahn".
