| Seen from the viewing platform running along the inner wall of the roundhouse, Baldwin Locomotive Works #26 simmers prior to a day of hauling yard shuttle trains at Steamtown National Historic Site. One of the unique aspects at Steamtown is one's ability to get an up close and personal look from the platform at how these machines are serviced and maintained in order to keep them in peak operating condition. |
