Note the #4900 is equipped with a set of Faiveley DSA150 class pantographs, which were developed for the European heavy rail market. This is the only American-operated locomotive to have been so fitted, as far as I know. I have not found any details of this test, but I would imagine Amtrak had something to do with it.
