After meeting one at control-point long, the massive NS 282 (Jacksonville,FL-Chicago,IL) is gliding around the curve, as the intermodal freight make the descend down Howardsville grade on the NS Atlanta North-End. You wouldn't think this, but this location was use to be full of luxurious green trees, making this location a hard place to get good images of trains, but Superstorm April 2011 change the landscape, by clearing some trees, just around the corner south of this location the land still somewhat look bare as that was the track of a quarter of a mile wide tornado cross the main moving at a northeastern direction. The intermodal train will run up to the crew change point at Brown in Chattanooga, swap crews, and continue its long trek north for windy city on it's late evening run up the old Cincinnati Southern Route.
