| On the occasion of the open doors days at the Bahnpark Brugg (AG), the 2-10-0 steamlocomotive "Elephant" C 5/6 # 2978 of SBB Historic made a trip to Frick and back with a nice short passenger train. The train with the cars baggage F2 # 17463 (built by SWS Schlieren in 1904 as F # 107 for the Seethalbahn) and second class C2 # 5906 (built in 1897 by Schweizerische Centralbahn at Olten as C3 # 203) of the HEG (association Historische Eisenbahn Gesellschaft) from Delémont, which is now part of SBB Historic, and second class three axle C3 # 8395 (built by SWS Schlieren in 1905) of SBB Historic. The train is storming up the Bözberg south ramp on a grade of 1.3 % between Villnachern and Schinznach Dorf. |
