Remarks & Notes
AEM-7 lNo. 2303 leads an early morning SEPTA commuter train south along the NEC captured here between Holmesburg and Tacony station en route for downtown Philadelphia. Affectionately known as "Toasters" due to their boxy appearance, SEPTA's fleet of 7 were retired one by one, with the last one making an appearance (along with the railroad's sole ALP-44) in a farewell tour on December 1st, 2018.
