| Double Gotthard locomotive Ae 8/14 # 11801 of SBB Historic Team Erstfeld, built in 1931 by SLM and BBC with Buchli drive, is pulling a charter train for Sutter Bahnreisen/Märklin Club over the Gotthard mountain line from Erstfeld to Bodio and back. The train had two cars only, the red dining car WR # 614 (50 85 8833 614-1) and the first class/parlor car of type standard II SR # 610 (50 85 8933 610-8). The train left Airolo shortly and is on the 2.6 % down grade of the Gotthard south ramp. The locomotive has 5514 kW, weight is 240 metric ton and the maximum velocity is 100 km/h. |
