| The Colorado Railroad Museum has restored DRGW 5401 (SD40-T2) to her true heritage, having removed any UP patches or decals. With the correct number boards and numbering on the side of the cab, it is now a bona fide Denver & Rio Grande Western Railroad tunnel motor. They have also cleaned her up a bit and even installed a nose light which was missing when it was moved to the museum. It is sitting beside DRGW 683, the last surviving standard gauge DRGW steam locomotive. |
