Swiss engineering art from 1903 on a lovely French narrow-gauge railroad. Mallet steam engine #403, built 116 years ago by SLM Winterthur (Swiss Locomotive and Machine Works) is pulling a mixed train to Lamastre on the "Chemin de fer du Vivarais". The line Tournon-Lamastre opened in 1891, closed in 1968 and has been operating as a heritage railroad since 1969 (with interruption between 2008 and 2013).
