Ontario Northland Railway’s heritage-painted SD40-2 1730 is passing the Swatika, Ontario (pronounced Swa-STĒK-a) as the sole locomotive on the ONT train 207, bound for Kidd Creek at 0530 hrs on Tuesday, March 19. Yellow stripes on plow were adjusted post-processing.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
