"Frozen New Haven at Bear Mountain"

Grand Central bound #8840 is seen rounding the curve south of the Bear Mountain Bridge with a CDOT, "New Haven" P32AC-DM shoving south, as the Hudson River is seen frozen over from the recent Polar Vortex that hit the northeast.
