Remarks & Notes
After being delivered back to the museum by NS, former Southern Railway E8 No. 6901 is staged beside the newest piece of the museum, CSX SD45-2 No. 8954, which was built for the Seaboard Coast Line in 1974. Highlights of the Juniata Shops work on the streamliner include rebuilt trucks, new traction motors, wiring, and a TMV control system.
