One of EMD's new Tier IV F125 "Spirit" locomotives arrives in San Bernardino with a service that will terminate at Perris. Metrolink & EMD are having major problems with these new locomotives, with news breaking in late January 2019 that rainwater can leak into the dynamic braking system.
