Passenger Extra on the Southern Tier
A deadhead move of the Capital Region Toys for Tots train yielded a rare opportunity to document a train in daylight on the CNYK Southern Tier. While the weather was less than ideal the opportunity of seeing a passenger train on the Tier brought many out to chase the rare move.
