| Back when you could use your cell phone....I got a call from the engineer getting this Marquette to Mason City freight together. "Better get out here, I got 8 of your favorite blue and yellow units!" I was out the door in 10 minutes and the chase was on. LOL, I had the guys trained well to let me know when they had a good match set of power. Good days gone by! The train here is passing MP 53, just top the grade at Jackson Junction. Hard sometimes to believe how good we had it back then! |
