| One from the great spring of 2016 in the Tehachapi foothills. As rain clouds continue to gather and retreat at the same time above Caliente, Tehachapi rail traffic continues to move along nicely with a UP north bound intermodal slowly drifting it’s way around the horseshoe curve and into town during a very wet, rainy morning. The great amount of rainfall in winter and spring on this year created some beautiful patches of colorful wildflowers all throughout the lower Tehachapi foothills that would produce hundreds of excellent foreground subjects to use in photographs. |
