During the summer of 2018, VIA Rail Canada changed their schedule for The Canadian which has opened up some new angles in which to shoot the train on the Edson Sub. Here, #2 is seen crossing the Athabasca River between Solomon and Entrance. Before the schedule change, this train would pass through here around 1830-1900 and the sun would be directly behind the train, if not gone completely.
