While heading to Munger from Proctor, MN to catch a shot of a westbound CN manifest, I detoured onto Jeffrey Rd. to look for a shot. This is a blind crossing requiring care in checking for rail traffic before crossing the track. I went across, turned around and started back across the track when I noticed this eastbound ore train rolling under the former DWP bridge at Munger. I lurched off the crossing, left the car in idle, grabbed the camera and hoped for a grab shot. Luckily he was going slow enough that I could catch him, although there would be no time for metering. Thankfully it was mostly cloudy and the camera was pretty close already...
