Remarks & Notes
A trio of UP motors leads Q693-21 down the Big Sandy Subdivision, passing onto the single track at CH Cabin near Chapman, KY in the last light of the day. While the rest of the CSX system undergoes extensive signal replacement projects, the mainline between Catlettsburg, KY and Spartanburg, SC retains a majority of it's legacy signalling, with no imminent signs of replacement anytime soon. The WAS is unique in that it retains it's "W" light for weighing coal trains at the Torchlight scales.
