WINDY POINT COLORADO? Nope... Windy Point, British Columbia. It is absolutely remarkable how much the two spots look alike. Undoubtably, this spot on the former BC Rail was named after the famous narrow gauge location on the DRGW in Colorado. This Windy Point is high on the 2.2% climb above Pavilion, BC
