2-6-0T cogwheel steamlocomotive HG 3/4 # 1 of the Dampfbahn Furka Bergstrecke, built in 1913 by SLM for the Brig-Furka-Disentis railway (BFD), is pulling train 134 (called "the Blue train") from Gletsch to Realp over the Steffenbach viaduct between Tiefenbach and Realp, on the eastern side of the Furka Pass. This bridge is folded down over wintertime, to give the avalanches free path. Because of high wild fire risk, the steamtrains circulate between Gletsch and Realp only in the moment, between Oberwald and Gletsch there is a diesel train with rented HGm 4/4 # 61 of the Matterhorn-Gotthard-Bahn.
