An Amtrak work train behind an RS-3 gets attention from its crew outside Providence Union Station in the Rhode Island capitol. The 1898 station in the background was replaced by the current Amtrak/MBTA facility on a relocated right-of-way in 1986, but it survived to house offices and restaurants.
