Silent Sentinels- Standing tall over the former Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe main line, two aged semaphore signals control the movements of but two trains per day. With the reorganization of Amtrak and the advent of PTC, these signals are not long for the world and may fall totally silent before being replaced.
