CSX M772-19 the "Murfreesboro Turn" is seen making a rare run south out of it's territory heading to Wartrace, TN. on the CSX Chattanooga Sub. Once the local job get to Wartrace it will drop off the cut of cars off for the Walking Horse & Eastern Railroad (WHOE), and the power will turn back north for Murfreesboro. The cars are going to either Gold River Feed Products or AB Stretch the only two industry on the Walking Horse and Eastern's Shelbyville branch, the other cars will be set off for storage for the time being. In today time where Safety cab are abundant on mainline railroading, it's nice for a change to see a pair of Geep's high tailing it down the main. Photo from the Chris Bamberg Collection.
