| Rebuilds. WE 6981 formerly WE 6350 is a former KCS unit originally built for the CNW as a nondynamic brake SD45, this unit when it arrived on the Wheeling had already been rebuilt to a SD40-2. WE 4000 which can be seen behind 6981 is a former GTW/CN SD40 which was rebuilt into an SD40-3 by the Brewster Shops. The pair can be seen here running around their train to head east to Hartland Yard and eventually Brewster Yard |
