First in, first out. 704 (P32AC-DM, Phase III) would be the first engine to arrive and so was also the first to depart MTA Metro-North Railroad Grand Central Terminal with an Amtrak train as 281 headed north towards Niagara Falls, NY. The scene is a classic, with the “NY 4” marker on the Park Avenue Viaduct and Met Life Building in the background. As of now you only have the summer to catch these trains, so get out and shoot and ride!
