| With a failure the previous afternoon resulting in a very late empty 5033 ore train from Kwinana to Mt Walton, a rare 4 locomotive movement is captured here at Jandakot with NR14, NR120, MRL004 & MRL001 up front. NR120 was the culprit the previous day and it and NR14 were to be detached at Forrestfield before the train was to continue on to Mt Walton with just the two MRL units leading. This service has recently ceased running with MRL exhausting it's mine at Carina and not being granted approval to expand into the nearby Helena & Aurora National Park. |
