The swiss national circus KNIE transports part of the material from one to the next venue with two SBB special trains each. These trains run naturally at night and in the dark, typically between midnight and early morning. It is therefore very rarely possible to photograph these trains in daylight. This was different with the transfer from Buchs (SG) to Chur, because the second train could only be accepted at the station of destination after the first train had been unloaded and left again. Re 420 # 270 is pulling the second, shorter train with 16 Kps cars, transporting mainly trailers of the personell, between Maienfeld and Landquart.
