| Canadian Pacific Kansas City to St. Paul train rumbles through the quiet main street of Bellevue. The Mississippi River is just a mere 600 feet to the left of this sleepy little town and I wonder if there is nice spot along it's bank where a man and his best friend (Border Collie) could kick back and relax as he awaits for yet another train to break the silence that only a small town like Bellevue could produce.
