The Jersey Central owned thirteen six-axle Alco RSD4s, and a regular assignment for a pair of them in later years was the hump switcher job at the CNJ/RDG Allentown, PA, yard. CNJ 1611-1608 paused before grabbing another cut of cars on a summer afternoon in 1970.
