| Passing the Sand House. EBT Mikado #15 passes the old sand tower as she shuttles some freight cars around the Orbisonia Yard on a cool, fall afternoon under changeable skies. This image was captured during a 2010 Lerro Productions event, just over a year before the EBT shut down. I chose to include the clutter on the extreme left side of the photo, because it adds to the authenticity of the place. EBT was never a showplace. It was a working rail yard and it looked like one. |
