Highspeed train "Giruno" RABe 501 # 005 is passing a typical farmer house of this region near Ossingen. The "Giruno" is on a test drive for torsional vibration testing. This single track line Seuzach-Etzwilen has only few traffic (one regional train per hour and direction) and many curves of medium radius, the track speed is between 80 and 95 km/h. Another train of this series, # 004, set a new speed record for a swiss train in Switzerland, with 275 km/h (170,8 miles per hour) in the Gotthard Base Tunnel some days ago. The nominal maximum speed of the Giruno is 250 km/h.
