BNSF's Streator Turn, the weekend incarnation of the LCHI101 road freight, heads west through Toluca in arguably better days. The "super pool" has done away with the seniority based crews, PTC has done away with the signals (or will very, very soon), and the SD40-2R's are no longer as common a sight as they were last year.
