One of the very last CSX Q601's passes through Tallahassee before it is permanently rerouted via CSX Fitzgerald sub. The Tallahassee sub now only sees local traffic and Q608/Q609, this stretch of the system is part of the current line cutting and is up for sale. It is passing the now city owned Amtrak station that will more than likely never be graced by an Amtrak train again, despite growing support after an inspection run in 2016.
