Remarks & Notes

WC 713, a former Soo Line GP30 featuring Alco AAR trucks, runs long hood front with a local freight on the Spencer-Ashland, WI line that branches off the mainline at Spencer. It appears the train may have encountered some fresh snow at grade crossings, and another GP30 with a wedge plow was stationed further north at Colby, WI.
