An Amtrak Acela Express descends a roller-coaster-like profile of the NEC through West Windsor, NJ just shy of Princeton Junction. The effect of the undulating ROW, captured at last light on a warm December evening, is exaggerated having been captured utilizing a long lens, a lot of megapixels and a fair amount of cropping.
Landscape photography is difficult due to the challenge of combining good light and good scenery. Good railroad photography enters another level of complexity since it requires the first two while there is a train in view.
