Remarks & Notes

CNW 4071C has just crossed the KK River and is approaching Tower BA with a passenger train for Chicago in January of 1970. This area of Milwaukee is known as Bay View and was extremely busy at one time with passenger trains, grain and carferry service. All the details in this photo really set it apart.
