Remarks & Notes

Cogwheel train of the Gornergrat Bahn ("the Matterhorn Railway") just below Gornergrat station, with Matterhorn, Dent Blanche and Obergabelhorn in the background. Bhe 4/8 # 3054 from 1994 with 840 KW (SLM, ABB) and articulated partly lowfloor Bhe 4/6 # 3084 with 1000 kW from 2006 (Stadler Rail). This trains are running up on the 20.0 % grade with 28 km/h.
