Global cooling was the name of the game as minus 22 degree weather greeted EL 3652 and SD45 3603 at Burlington's Dayton Bluff Yard. CB&Q was proactive in making run-through agreements for motive power and symbol freights with EL, DRGW, GN, PC, and UP among others.
