Norfolk Southern train U45 is moving west at Coeburn, VA. The empty coal train is headed to Toms Creek, VA on the Big Toms Creek Branch for flood loading. In a few minutes, the train will be leaving the Clinch Valley mainline for the branch. The U45 crew had relieved the U44 crew on this train a little earlier in the Carbo/Carterton, VA area.
